Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using the Bin2Buck platform. These Terms govern your access to and use of the Bin2Buck mobile application, website, and related services operated by BIN2BUCK Technologies.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading the Bin2Buck app, registering an account, or using any part of our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our services. These Terms apply to all users of the platform, including sellers (individuals or households disposing of scrap) and aggregators (verified scrap dealers and kabadiwallas).
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use Bin2Buck. By using our services, you represent and warrant that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. Aggregator accounts additionally require KYC (Know Your Customer) verification before conducting transactions on the platform.
3. Account Registration
To use Bin2Buck, you must register with a valid email address and Indian mobile number. You are responsible for: • Providing accurate and up-to-date account information • Keeping your login credentials confidential • All activity that occurs under your account • Notifying us immediately at support@bin2buck.app if you suspect unauthorised access We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide false information or violate these Terms.
4. Platform Services
Bin2Buck provides a marketplace connecting scrap sellers with verified aggregators for pickup and recycling of scrap materials. We are not a party to transactions between sellers and aggregators. Specifically: • We facilitate the matching, scheduling, and tracking of scrap pickups • We do not guarantee the quantity, quality, or value of scrap assessed by aggregators • Price estimates displayed on the platform are indicative only and are subject to physical assessment at the time of pickup • Confirmed transaction values may differ from estimated values based on actual material weight and condition
5. Seller Obligations
As a seller, you agree to: • Only list genuine scrap materials that you own or have the right to dispose of • Provide accurate descriptions and ensure the pickup location is accessible at the scheduled time • Not list illegal, hazardous, or prohibited items (e.g., medical waste, e-waste not approved for aggregator collection) • Accept that Bin2Buck is not responsible for price discrepancies due to misrepresentation of materials
6. Aggregator Obligations
As a registered aggregator, you agree to: • Complete KYC verification before accepting orders • Honour accepted pickup requests and arrive within the scheduled time window • Pay fair market rates to sellers as agreed at the time of pickup • Maintain professional conduct and treat sellers with respect • Not engage in price manipulation, fraud, or collusion • Comply with all applicable environmental and waste management regulations Violations may result in permanent suspension from the platform.
7. Prohibited Conduct
You must not: • Use the platform for any unlawful purpose • Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or access our source code • Use automated bots, scrapers, or scripts to interact with the platform • Post false reviews or manipulate ratings • Interfere with or disrupt the platform's infrastructure • Impersonate another user, employee, or entity • Use the platform to collect other users' personal information without consent
8. Pricing and Payments
Bin2Buck does not charge sellers for using the platform. Aggregators may be subject to subscription or commission fees as communicated separately. All prices displayed are in Indian Rupees (INR). Payment for scrap is made directly between the seller and aggregator at the time of pickup. Bin2Buck does not handle or hold funds on behalf of either party.
9. Disputes
If a dispute arises between a seller and aggregator regarding a pickup, you may report it through the Help & Support section of the app or by emailing support@bin2buck.app. We will attempt to mediate in good faith but are not liable for the outcome of disputes between users. Bin2Buck's decision on disputes is final and binding within the platform.
10. Intellectual Property
All content on the Bin2Buck platform, including but not limited to logos, UI design, text, graphics, and software, is the intellectual property of BIN2BUCK Technologies and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.
11. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
Bin2Buck is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law: • We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform • Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms shall not exceed INR 1,000 or the amount paid by you in the preceding 3 months, whichever is greater
12. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion. You may delete your account at any time by contacting support@bin2buck.app. Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases immediately.
13. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hyderabad, Telangana.
14. Changes to These Terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting a notice in the app or by email. Your continued use of the platform after the effective date of the revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes.
